I am an HR & IT recruiter with 4.5+ years of combined experience in IT recruitment, HR operations, and healthcare BPO. I specialize in end-to-end recruitment across Permanent (FTE), Contract, and C2H hiring models, using portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and ATS tools.

In my current role I handle full-cycle IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding for clients ranging from mid-level IT firms to enterprise accounts. I maintain candidate and employee data via ATS and Excel trackers to ensure timely closures within TAT.

Previously, I processed US healthcare insurance claims while consistently meeting productivity, quality, and SLA targets. I also served as an acting team lead and process trainer, leading 20–22 associates, preparing reports and training materials, and running mentoring and floor-support sessions.
