At Oracle PVT. LTD., I supported enterprise Oracle Messaging Server environments, investigating messaging, configuration, reliability, and service-continuity issues. I analysed logs and diagnostic information to troubleshoot email delivery, connectivity, and protocol problems.
I reproduced customer issues in test environments and supported defect investigation, validation, and resolution. My work included root-cause analysis of SMTP/ESMTP, IMAP4, and POP3 issues, as well as mail routing and TLS/SSL, LDAP, and authentication concerns.
Before Oracle, I developed and maintained C++ industrial automation software at ELPIS IT SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD., including PLC-to-client data communication using COM and multithreading. I also worked on railway and avionics software development and testing at SILVER SOFTWARE PVT. LTD. / L&T; INFOTECH.
