At Ethnocentrique Limited, I designed an autonomous WhatsApp complaint resolution system with three agents for triage, registration, and reporting. I also built tools for business registration workflows, including bulk email delivery and automated certificate retrieval.
I turn program data into analysis-ready datasets and reporting, and built PDF-to-structured-data pipelines and geocoding tools to support program reporting. My work has also included insights for decisions and coordination of programs and events serving over 2,000 MSMEs.
In my projects, I’ve built AI products including Lucas, a natural-language trading backtester, and AgroX, an offline farming assistant combining computer vision, NLP, and local RAG. I’m currently extending into full-stack development with TypeScript and React.
