At Kiln Kissed Ceramics, I lead end-to-end UX and web design for a handmade ceramics e-commerce experience, from discovery and information architecture through responsive design and deployment. I shape shopping, gallery, merchandising, cart, and product experiences around small-batch inventory realities.

For JVBNA's Gyanshala education platform, I redesigned the parent journey for more than 500 families and reduced a 24-click flow to two clicks. I consolidated website and WhatsApp information into a mobile-first destination for schedules, classwork, homework, and updates.

At Compunnel, I designed authentication journeys across registration, verification, OTP, login, MFA, password recovery, and dashboard access. I partnered with product and engineering stakeholders to define validation, error, loading, recovery, and edge-case behaviors.

I bring 18+ years of visual design and illustration experience from work for Hallmark, American Greetings, Papyrus, Leanin' Tree, and Ogilvy. I combine human-centered design, illustration, accessible responsive UI, and AI-assisted prototyping to create experiences that are both usable and visually grounded.
