I developed and maintained automated dashboards and reports using Tableau for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators. Additionally, I assisted in the development of predictive models to forecast sales and customer retention. I contributed to data-driven decision-making by presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders. I also collaborated with the data engineering team to optimize data and improve data quality.
