At IBM India Private Limited, I support the ConCenT 2.0 project across SAP Commerce and SAP Customer Data Cloud. My SAP Commerce work covers CMS and Backoffice content, catalogs, and storefront troubleshooting.

I investigate publishing problems such as synchronization errors and catalog-version issues, then verify fixes through incident and log analysis. I also implement CMS component and catalog configuration enhancements and support production incidents.

For SAP CDC, I configure Screen Sets, Policies, Dataflows, Webhooks, and other identity capabilities. I also support integrations with SAP C4C and SAP Marketing Cloud through microservice middleware, using REST APIs for integration and monitoring.

Previously, at Born Commerce Pvt. Limited, I developed SAP Hybris e-commerce functionality for marketplace and portal projects, including C2C workflows, custom product-page components, and ImpEx catalog imports. I hold SAP certifications in SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Customer Data Cloud.
