At Phoenix Mecano India Pvt. Ltd., I plan raw material requirements against production schedules and customer demand. I create SAP purchase requisitions and monitor inventory to help prevent shortages.
I also maintain material master data for new engineering requirements and coordinate with Procurement, Production, Engineering, and Stores to support material flow. I analyze shortages and support MRP implementation and planning data validation.
At Philips GBS LLP, I supported manufacturing operations through MRP execution and production planning using SAP S/4HANA MM. I maintained BOM and material master data, supported new production line setup, and contributed to Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.
