At Capgemini Technology Services India, I run day-to-day Demand and Supply Planning activities on SAP IBP for the CCEP account. I build statistical forecast profiles and maintain planning objects to support reliable demand plans.
I use ABC and XYZ segmentation to support differentiated planning and inventory strategies. I also maintain planning parameters, key figures, planning area versions, and time bucket profiles.
For product launches, delistings, and planning-structure changes, I update lifecycle and planning data, then validate the results. I execute Heuristic Supply Planning and review shortages and inventory risks to support replenishment decisions.
Before Capgemini, I worked as a Production Planning Engineer at Enpro Industries Pvt. Ltd., Pune. I planned production and materials against project timelines, monitored capacity and availability, and drove corrective actions using Kaizen-based continuous improvement.
