At Beghou, I lead AI product strategy and platform engineering for pharma commercial, medical affairs, and market access teams. I designed and launched an Agentic AI platform that automates field force planning, HCP targeting, and launch readiness workflows.
I also built a GenAI Copilot for market access teams, using RAG pipelines and domain-tuned LLMs for payer landscape analysis and reimbursement strategy generation. I lead responsible AI governance for client-facing products, including explainability and audit-ready decision trails.
At Lymbyc, I built the AI function from its first ML prototype into a multi-product platform suite, including a semantic question-answering engine, an AutoML system, and DeepContext. I’ve authored 11 books on AI and hold patents in applied AI, NLP, and machine intelligence; I’ve also taught and mentored AI learners through visiting faculty work at IITs and IIMs.
