At Rakuten Symphony India Pvt. Ltd., I built and maintained a Playwright UI automation framework with more than 50 regression and sanity scenarios, reducing manual regression effort by about 40%.

I also built IntegrationAutomationTest from the ground up using Java and Playwright. It automated new-customer integration testing, reducing a five-hour manual process to a 15-minute run.

For API and database testing, I covered more than 100 REST endpoints in Postman and used MySQL and YCQL to validate data accuracy and consistency. I also worked with Kafka systems on message validation and end-to-end data flow checks.

Before moving into QA, I worked in telecom network operations across 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE, including site integration, KPI monitoring, and incident resolution. I’m open to full-time and remote opportunities.
