What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead AI-enabled quality engineering transformation, build high-performing automation teams, and improve delivery speed, reliability and release confidence for complex enterprise products.

At Emergys Solutions, I lead quality engineering delivery across five enterprise programs and drive an AI transformation roadmap for quality. I’ve delivered four GenAI proof-of-concepts using LLMs, RAG, LangChain, MCP and Ollama for automated test generation, defect analysis and autonomous testing, while reducing regression execution from 13 days to under four hours.

Across Emergys, Perennial Systems, NICE Systems, Xoriant, Cognizant and NSEIT, I’ve built automation practices, led teams of up to 34 engineers, and delivered quality outcomes for capital markets, banking, mortgage and SaaS products. I enjoy building self-sufficient engineering teams, strengthening quality gates and using practical automation and AI to reduce release risk.
