What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote opportunities (US/EU) where I can lead compliant end-to-end clinical supply chain projects, manage international stakeholders, and drive on-time delivery using clear planning, KPIs, and proactive risk mitigation.

I’m a results-driven Project Coordinator delivering end-to-end clinical supply chain projects for global pharma/biotech clients. I take ownership as the primary client contact, managing stakeholder communication, expectations, and issue resolution in remote environments.

Across US, Europe, and APAC, I manage ambient and cold-chain shipments with GxP/GDP compliance, audit-ready documentation, and temperature excursion monitoring. I own project planning, timelines, milestones, and KPI tracking using Microsoft Project.

I collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams—Logistics, QA, Clinical Ops, and vendors—to ensure seamless execution. I identify risks and dependencies, mitigate delays, and manage deviations, CAPAs, and quality events via TrackWise.

Previously, I worked in project management and R&D roles, handling chemistry project coordination from initiation to closure, building WBS elements and budgeting, preparing project dashboards and trackers, and supporting e-LNB training and auditing.
