At EAAA India Alternatives Limited, I’m part of the investment team for a USD 900mn flagship performing credit fund. As lead credit associate, I handle deal execution from screening and structuring through underwriting, diligence, approvals, documentation, and investment.
I underwrote transactions including consortium lending at a diversified Indian conglomerate’s holdco and lending to an Indian EV 2W manufacturer. I also monitor portfolio performance, covenants, repayments, collateral, and risk, including legacy transactions under litigation.
I built the proprietary fund model from scratch to track levered and unlevered returns, bridging INR asset-level IRRs to USD investor-level returns after exchange depreciation, hedging costs, and management fees. I also calculate portfolio IRR and fund metrics and prepare information for fundraising, investor meetings, and quarterly LP reviews.
At Ethos Capital Advisors Private Limited, I executed structured debt, private credit, and M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle, and evaluated 10+ deals (~USD 600mn) in my first year as an Associate, closing 2 (~USD 50mn) within six months. My earlier work at G R Infraprojects Limited, Goldman Sachs, and Lodha & Co included management reporting, financial statement audits, process improvements, and audit support.
