At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using Angular, React, and TypeScript. In my CitiBank Global Operations & Account Management work, I delivered multi-step onboarding with conditional logic, validation, and KYC document upload; built RxJS-driven transaction monitoring with WebSocket integration; and created dispute management with audit trails and escalation hierarchy support. I also enhanced Aegon’s Customer & Adviser Portal using role-based UI rendering, reusable components, and AWS services like S3, CloudFront, and Lambda to improve performance and scalability.
