At Spotmies LLP, I developed the MyBodyQode backend, integrating genotype data, phenotype questions, and lifestyle context to generate personalized wellness reports. I also implemented evidence-grounded interpretation and workflows for lab uploads, analysis sessions, and expert review.
I built a biomedical PDF question-answering application with hybrid retrieval, reranking, and context compression. On a 10-document evaluation, context precision improved from 0.55 to 0.90.
I fine-tuned Mistral with QLoRA to simplify biomedical text, reducing average Flesch–Kincaid reading level from 15.6 to 7.5 across 20 evaluated samples. I also developed a drug repurposing research assistant that retrieves evidence from Open Targets and PubMed and produces structured research reports.
