Message

At NCS, I design and develop backend modules for the Ministry of Manpower enterprise system using Java and JSP. The system serves users across Singapore government agencies.

I also migrated a hospital management system from Oracle to PostgreSQL and Java 5 to Java 11, refactoring backend services and preserving data throughout the transition.

At Fujitsu Global, I developed Java backend services for a real-time highway forecast system and built the backend of a Scrum control web application.

Earlier, at Nettium Sdn. Bhd., I contributed to a client migration project and implemented system enhancements using C# and SQL. I also independently implemented a Python image-segmentation algorithm for a research project.
