Seeking an Engineering Manager or Director of Quality Engineering role at a product-led company . Want to build and scale quality engineering and developer experience functions, own stability and platform enablement org-wide, and drive shift-left culture across distributed engineering teams. Open to India and international roles.

Engineering manager with 15 years in quality engineering and developer experience. Led QA and SDET teams of 7 to 20 across fintech, wealth management, banking and healthtech. Scaled a quality engineering function from the ground up to 20 engineers at Addepar, and now owns stability enablement org-wide.

Platform as enabler, not gatekeeper: builds test automation, developer tooling and CI/CD guardrails centrally, then distributes quality ownership to the teams that ship. Works across distributed systems (microservices, Kafka, data pipelines) with performance testing and observability built into the guardrails. Uses AI-assisted engineering to compress test authoring and change-impact analysis.

Defines quality KPI and stability OKR frameworks that make the model measurable. Industries: fintech, wealth management, banking, healthtech, insurance. Open to roles in India and abroad.
