What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building AI and machine learning solutions where I can improve data quality, model performance, annotation workflows, and robotics or computer vision outcomes.

At GlobalLogic, I build high-accuracy computer vision datasets and human-in-the-loop processes for robotics initiatives including FR3, Aloha, and Gemini ER 2. My work provides ground-truth data that improves robotic manipulation, spatial awareness, and behavior replication.

I've managed end-to-end annotation workflows across 3D objects, masked images, clothing datasets, and custom AI data requirements. I validate and audit datasets using DPO/DPU metrics, translate client requirements into structured workflows, and create annotation guidelines, ontologies, SOPs, and quality rubrics.

I also train and mentor annotation teams, run proficiency assessments, and work closely with AI, QA, engineering, Training, and MIS teams to improve model performance and delivery quality.
