I’m Piyush, a Product/UI/UX Designer with over 5 years of experience designing products across AI, SaaS, HealthTech, and e-commerce. My career has focused on simplifying complex workflows and creating designs that balance user empathy with measurable business outcomes.

At GENIE AI, my work directly helped the company secure $400K in seed funding and laid the foundation for a $25M Series A. I led design on projects like the AI Chat Concierge and DocuGenie, developing design systems, refining onboarding flows, and driving engagement through gamified micro-interactions. I’ve also collaborated with Amazon on Project+, a people management platform, where my designs improved adoption and reduced reporting time by 40%.

Beyond startups, I’ve worked as a freelancer with companies like Tufa, delivering everything from website redesigns and ad-hoc design systems to onboarding flows and health dashboards that boosted user retention and engagement.
