Clinically proficient Medical Doctor focused on emergency triage, acute stabilization, and patient-centered multidisciplinary care.
What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated and clinically proficient Medical Doctor (MBBS, University of Uyo), driven by evidence-based, patient-centered healthcare. I build confidence in high-pressure moments through emergency triage, acute patient stabilization, and clear, multidisciplinary communication.
During my clinical rotation at University of Uyo Teaching Hospital (UUTH), I completed 240 calls of duty, primarily in the Accident & Emergency Unit. I managed high-volume patient flow, initiated life-saving interventions for trauma and medical emergencies, and gained hands-on perioperative experience through rotations in General Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pediatric Surgery, and Orthopaedics.
I also rotated through Internal Medicine (Cardiology, Neurology, Endocrinology, Nephrology), Pediatrics & Neonatology (including neonatal resuscitation and pediatric infectious diseases), and OBGYN & specialized care (pre-natal/post-natal care, ophthalmology, and anesthesia basics). In community settings, I directly managed 5 leprosy cases, led health education campaigns, and supported disease surveillance, while also serving as Director of Socials and conducting research on “Effects of Prostate Cancer in the Elderly.”
