At Tata Consultancy Services, I support Linux systems and databases, monitoring CPU, memory, and disk space to help maintain system health. I also check database availability and provide L1 support for user and server issues.
I handle user access and permissions, manage application services including WildFly and Apache, and carry out manual deployments in production and non-production environments. I also monitor application and server logs to identify errors and performance issues.
Using SQL and Microsoft Excel, I prepare monitoring reports and analyze data. I’ve also used Vim to edit configuration files and shell scripts for routine administrative tasks.
Before this, I worked in US Mortgage operations at Tata Consultancy Services, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate. My work included loan origination and pre-closing processes, MIS reporting, quality control, training new associates, and work allocation.
