I am a product designer who builds user-centered experiences that drive growth and retention. I have led end-to-end design for mobile and web products, launched apps on top of existing platforms, and defined consistent design systems that improve developer handoffs.

At Duckbill I grew membership from closed beta to 1,800 members (+170% growth) with 95% retention and helped achieve gross-margin breakeven by defining core user tasks and launching mobile apps. I redesigned internal support systems and established consistent patterns across products.

I planned and scoped roadmaps with product and engineering teams, created high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, and ran usability testing to improve user retention and acquisition. I designed a responsive web dashboard from a mobile-first MVP that supported 1,000+ SMBs.

I consult on design consistency across product, marketing, and investor materials, lead creative direction, and volunteer on initiatives that promote sustainability and ethical design. I thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative on complex challenges.
