What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a supportive role where I can deliver communicative, student-centred English lessons for multilingual learners, using strong classroom management and clear grammar/vocabulary/pronunciation support, while helping students build confidence and progress.

I’m a CELTA-qualified English language teacher focused on delivering engaging, student-centred lessons for multilingual learners. I bring a communicative language teaching (CLT) approach that develops grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation while keeping learners actively involved.

Through my CELTA teaching practice, I planned and delivered communicative lessons for pre-intermediate to upper-intermediate learners, using structured lesson stages to build speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills. I used elicitation and concept-checking questions (CCQs) to clarify meaning, highlighted form and structure with clear models, and developed pronunciation through drilling, stress, and intonation practice.

I also gained broader teaching experience through national service as a History tutor assistant and volunteer teaching across core subjects, supporting students’ understanding and progress with questioning, discussion, and interactive learning methods. I’m motivated and culturally aware, and I prioritize strong classroom management, learner confidence, and positive, supportive learning environments.
