At Sapiens Technologies, I lead a 25-member engineering organization and helped grow the team from 6 to 25. I coach Team Leads and oversee hiring, performance management, and career development.

I led the shift from Waterfall to Agile and built CI/CD pipelines that replaced manual deployments taking 2–3 hours with automated 15-minute releases. I also embedded SonarQube and Mend security and quality checks into the pipelines.

I led the migration of a flagship insurance product to Azure Kubernetes Service, retaining its monolithic design to fit its high-coupling needs. Earlier, at Virtusa India Pvt Ltd, I developed telecom APIs and contributed to web applications for British Telecom.
