At Ninghai Xiaoyu Network Technology Services Studio, I take website and business-process projects from client collaboration through development, deployment, and maintenance. I deliver company sites and product inquiry flows, and build AI applications and enterprise automation for CRM lead assignment, quote-to-payment, document retrieval, and finance review.

I built a multi-channel lead intake platform with deduplication, rule-based routing, human review, and CRM failure recovery. Across my projects, I’ve also developed invoice and purchase-order review workflows and permission-aware document retrieval with traceable citations.
