At Synopticom, I’m re-architecting core backend processing into a configurable Symfony 8 and PHP 8.4 platform, replacing seven developer-only tools with a system non-developer staff can run and adjust. One module handles 100+ clients and 200k+ contacts a day.

I also lead most of the company’s new AI products, from defining use cases to building and presenting them to clients. My work includes a fully offline PII-detection service and an MCP connector that gives client staff natural-language access to live MariaDB survey data.
