At CompanyCam, I led Growth activation projects, code reviews, and technical direction with Product and Design. I drove a billing rebuild that moved pricing and entitlements out of Stripe into an internal system.

That platform enabled the company’s first pricing restructure and migrated 11,000 accounts off legacy pricing, with a projected $7M in ARR. I bring hands-on Rails experience across APIs, relational databases, background workers, production releases, and long-term modernization.

As the sole architect and lead engineer for a civic-engagement platform, I led a ground-up rewrite into production with a Rails API and React Native app. I shipped the app through App Store approval and built S3 uploads, ActionCable and Redis messaging, push notifications, autoscaling workers, and deployment infrastructure.

I’ve also led engineering and operations for a 13-person consultancy, guided database restructures and cross-team releases at Roundtrip, automated multistate sales-tax filing at TaxJar, and reduced partner integration work from weeks to hours at Adwerx.
