At Able Advocates, I represent clients in court, draft pleadings, commercial agreements, and MOUs, and advise corporate clients on regulatory compliance and employment-law disputes.
I've progressed from Law Clerk to Legal Associate within a year, supporting corporate and commercial transactions through company and land due diligence, annual-return filings, and fraud-risk protection.
I register trademarks and industrial designs with URSB, and I prepare constitutions, articles of association, and governance policies for nonprofit and NGO clients.
Earlier, at R. Nsubuga & Co. Advocates, I facilitated over 25 company registrations through URSB. I'm particularly interested in legal innovation, legal and compliance work, and sustainable development.
