I'm looking for an operations-focused role where I can improve machine performance, maintain safe and efficient workflows, train team members, and contribute practical problem-solving experience.

At Doe Run, I operate multiple milling machines, optimize mill settings, and use preventative maintenance to improve production efficiency while maintaining consistent quality.
