I’m looking for a role where I can train and QA AI systems with real customer-service realism—designing scenarios, validating data, and improving model outputs—ideally with clear deliverables, feedback-driven iteration, and the chance to work remotely.

I’m an AI training specialist and customer service professional with hands-on experience designing, evaluating, and validating data for AI and machine learning models. I craft realistic customer support scenarios, identify edge cases, and apply quality standards so AI systems respond accurately to real-world interactions—building reliability directly into the training data.
