What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my nursing expertise while promoting community health and education.

I am a dedicated Professional Nurse with a Master’s degree in Nursing Education and over nine years of diverse experience in healthcare. Currently, I serve as the Clinical Community Engagement Coordinator at the University of the Western Cape, where I lead initiatives to enhance community health and train future nursing professionals.

My career has been marked by a commitment to quality patient care and education. I have worked in various capacities, including as a Clinical Facilitator, where I supervised nursing students and ensured they met their clinical competencies. My experience also includes providing youth health services and managing community health programs, demonstrating my ability to engage with diverse populations and address their unique health needs.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong relationships with key stakeholders, including nonprofit organizations and local communities, to promote health education and improve access to care. I am passionate about empowering others through education and support, and I continuously seek opportunities to grow and contribute to the field of nursing.
