Pedro Pereira

I've spent more than 25 years delivering building construction, urban infrastructure, sanitation, public works, and medium- to high-end residential developments across Brazil.

Most recently, I led the renovation and expansion of the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Natal and coordinated Banco do Brasil branch renovations for Caiçara Construtora e Incorporadora. I have also coordinated complementary works for Ambev’s Distribution and Delivery Center and renovation projects for the Legislative Assembly of Rio Grande do Norte and M. Dias Branco.

I bring hands-on leadership in planning, scheduling, cost management, contract administration, procurement, quality control, PBQP-H standards, occupational safety, and multidisciplinary construction teams. My project experience includes housing developments, luxury homes, airports, educational facilities, banking branches, high-rise residential buildings, and infrastructure works.
