I prepare and update spreadsheets and forms, enter information into the internal system, and support the team with its administrative work.

I also distribute tasks to interns, provide guidance, and monitor deadlines as part of the department's work.

Previously, as a Young Administrative Apprentice at Colégio Presbiteriano Mackenzie Agnes, I supported administrative operations and used Office tools in daily tasks. I also maintained and formatted computers and serviced printers, projectors, and sound equipment.
