What I'm looking for

I seek research-focused roles in academia or research institutions where I can continue operator algebras work, teach, mentor, and contribute to collaborative projects, valuing rigorous scholarship and academic community.

I am a research mathematician with a PhD in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Ottawa and postdoctoral experience at the University of Waterloo, focused on operator algebras, K-theory, and related functional analysis topics. I have authored multiple refereed journal articles, presented widely at international institutions, organized conference sections, and refereed for leading journals.

I combine independent and collaborative research with teaching and mentoring: I have instructed courses, served as a TA across numerous classes affecting 2000+ students, run seminars, and mentored junior researchers. I value rigorous computation when useful, maintain strong Unix/Linux and self-hosting/sysadmin skills, and care deeply about privacy, security, and clear mathematical communication.
