I am a self-motivated Junior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong foundation in machine learning and business analytics. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, complemented by a certificate in Machine Learning and Business Analytics from GMIT, Karnataka. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and have developed a keen interest in data mining and AI chatbot training.

In my recent role as a Freelancer, I optimized customer chatbots for leading brands, including QVC and various campaigns for clients like YouTube and NASA. My experience includes building and maintaining training datasets, developing customer segmentation algorithms in R, and enhancing the performance of AI chatbots to improve user experience.
