At Cognizant Technology Solutions, I built and maintained a Cypress BDD framework with 60 feature files, 60 step-definition files, and 40 custom commands. I also built a Leapwork proof of concept that the client approved.
For Centrica Neon – HIVE, I was the sole QA owner for 10 annual sales events over two years, validating about 120 products per sale across Test and UAT. All 10 sales went live with zero production escalations.
I led a team of three QA engineers in Agile delivery and drove QA sign-off and regression reporting for about 380 releases. My work also includes Salesforce testing, website migration QA, and Cypress tests for the Nucleus web component library.
