At Neko Health, I rebuilt the payment flow after finding that a waterfall of API and Stripe requests left members staring at a blank screen. Progressive rendering with skeleton states helped lift conversion from 60% to 75%.
I built and owned MemberUI, Neko Health’s core member platform, spanning onboarding, payments, and appointments. I also worked with a designer and the data team on a Lesion View that makes detected skin lesions easier for members to understand during in-person visits.
Before Neko Health, I established the frontend foundation for Railsr’s Self-Service portal and built its Credit-Card-as-a-Service dashboard. At Treatwell, I migrated core flows from Backbone.js to React.js and TypeScript and led frontend development for POS launches in France and Germany.
