What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an education-focused role where I can support learners, work closely with teachers and parents, contribute to a positive learning environment, and continue developing my classroom and child-development skills.

I'm supporting learners, parents, and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant at ABC Christian Academy in Lilongwe.

I maintain student records, plan class schedules, support children’s academic and physical needs, and step in to operate the classroom when the teacher is unavailable. I also welcome parents and children, guide parents on school activities, and help manage conflicts or disagreements.

Previously, I interned with Seeds of Promise Organization, where I supported staff communication, coordinated weekly community outreach, planned meetings, recorded detailed minutes, and assisted visitors and donors.

I'm committed to creating a positive, supportive learning space and helping learners develop academically, biblically, and behaviourally. My background in Christian Leadership, Community Development, and Early Childhood Development strengthens my people-focused approach.
