I am seeking a role where I can apply M&E and data analysis skills to inform program decisions, support capacity building, and contribute to measurable health or social outcomes in a collaborative, impact-focused team.

I am a results-driven Monitoring & Evaluation professional with three years of focused experience in data management, analysis, and program monitoring within Nigerian health and development organizations. I have supported data collection, cleaning, storage, and reporting processes, developed M&E tools, and delivered capacity building and mentorship to field staff to improve data quality and program performance.

I have contributed to project reporting cycles (monthly, quarterly, biannual, annual), ensured confidentiality and data protection, and supported survey planning and implementation. My work has informed operational decisions and strengthened linkages to care, and I seek to bring analytical rigor, technical competence, and collaborative problem-solving to a team committed to measurable impact.
