Paul Duffy
@paulduffy
Category Manager at HP Industrial Print who secured $250K for an AI data initiative and builds ROI models for press upgrades.
What I'm looking for
At HP Industrial Print, I authored the SOW and financial business case for an AI initiative to unify HP’s data, secured $250K and two developers, and lead the North America pilot.
I built customer ROI models for press upgrades and lifecycle targeting across certified pre-owned, end-of-service-life, and end-of-lease customers. This work helped drive a new CPO refurbishment line, with Americas CPO targets met or exceeded every quarter.
Since taking on Digital Front End and Press PC in January 2026, I’ve led hardware and software refresh programs and a ground-up new product introduction spanning architecture and pricing. I’ve also built AI tools with GitHub Copilot for win/loss research and executive summaries.
Earlier, as a Finance Intern at 14th Round / Final Bell, I built close processes and analyzed SKU-level margins. At Spire, I analyzed payroll and production costs and prepared reporting for monthly management reviews.
