I am a detail-oriented pension administration professional with hands-on experience in contribution management, reconciliation and statutory compliance. I focus on data accuracy, operational workflows and cross-department collaboration to maintain accurate member records.
In my current role as Team Lead for Contribution Reconciliation, I led efforts that reduced the Contribution Reconciliation Account (CRA) by about 58% within a year through daily reconciliation and process improvements. I regularly coordinate with custodians and statutory bodies to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Previously, I managed daily contribution uploads, reconciliation and RMAS reporting, and earlier roles gave me strong data-entry, reporting and process improvement skills, including a custom spreadsheet that reduced reporting time for operations. I bring proficiency with Fund Fusion, Power BI, SPSS and MS Excel to support analytic and operational tasks.
