At ENEX S.A NATIONAL ENERGY COMPANY – SHELL CHILE, I led the opening of the Permitting Area and designed the action plan to regularize company properties, architectural projects, and engineering projects under Chilean planning law.
I also oversaw two architectural offices and an IT company, designed a documentary infrastructure system, and handled negotiations involving asset sales, leases, and agreements with communities.
Since December 2019, I’ve provided independent real estate investment advice to family offices, real estate companies, and investors. My work includes purchase and sale advice, real estate appraisal, investment prospecting, and permit research.
Earlier, as a Consulting Architect at SUBDERE – THE INTERIOR AND PUBLIC SECURITY MINISTRY OF CHILE, I coordinated public infrastructure and reconstruction work in the BíoBío Region after the 2010 earthquake, working with government entities, private companies, and affected communities.
