I’m an experienced researcher, instructional designer, and data specialist with 8+ years delivering high quality content, structured datasets, annotation guides, and training materials. I design annotation workflows and lead editorial QA and annotation audits across multilingual projects in English and Kiswahili.

I focus on quality through guideline development, annotation audit, consistency checks, and error classification—supporting tasks such as audio labeling, computer vision annotation, prompt/response evaluation, and toxicity/hate/harassment classification. I also conduct linguistic quality assurance (linguistic review and verbatim/clean transcription) and bias and fairness review to improve reliability.

In my recent work as an AI Data Annotation and Labelling specialist with Alignerr AI (2025–Present), I apply my research rigor to structured, audit-ready outputs. Alongside this, I’ve consulted and taught through roles at KICD, Steadman Group, and Tom Mboya Labor College—building onboarding approaches and workshop facilitation that strengthen contributor performance.
