I’m a results-driven accounting professional with municipal finance experience, specializing in revenue management, prepaid systems, reconciliations, internal controls, and billing administration. I focus on accuracy, compliance, and service excellence while turning complex data into clear financial insight.

At Swartland Municipality, I’ve progressed through roles from Principal Clerk: Services to Administrator: Meter Readings and now Accountant: Prepaid and Vending. Across these positions, I’ve supported end-to-end municipal account administration, meter operations, and revenue-related reporting.

In my current Accountant role, I manage revenue reporting and financial analysis, strengthen internal controls and compliance, and oversee vendor and prepaid system operations. I also lead water and electricity billing oversight, complete monthly reconciliations, and provide interdepartmental support while coordinating with revenue leadership and teams.

Earlier, I planned and supervised meter reading operations, handled account corrections and data validation, and produced statistical reporting on readings and exceptions. I bring this operational leadership to my administrative work—opening and amending municipal accounts and ensuring meter and credit balance reconciliations are accurate—supported by advanced Excel and core competencies in revenue management, municipal billing systems, and administrative leadership.
