I seek a role that allows me to empower individuals through mental health support and counseling, fostering a positive and growth-oriented environment.

I am a compassionate mental health coach dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve holistic well-being and resilience. My approach involves providing empathetic support, guidance, and personalized strategies to help clients overcome obstacles, build confidence, and thrive in life.

With a Bachelor in Social Development and Counseling from Uganda Martyrs University, I have honed my skills through various roles, including my current position as a Mental Health Therapist at Ruby Hospital. My experience also includes leading the Counseling Department at LEM Mindfulness and interning as an addiction and mental health counselor at Africa Retreat Centre.

My training in suicide awareness and life coaching has equipped me with the tools to address complex mental health issues effectively. I am passionate about creating a supportive environment where individuals can explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change.
