I am studying a BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and have completed a Higher Certificate in Logistics Management and technical support training, including CompTIA and Microsoft fundamentals. My studies with open learning strengthened my foundation and made learning engaging.
I have practical experience across warehouse operations, customer care and food service, where I managed inventory control, order processing, quality and safety compliance, and direct customer support. I developed new processes, improved consistency and handled supplier ordering to meet demand.
