I'm currently a Channels IT Planning & SRE Engineer at Safaricom PLC, resolving system issues across on-premise and cloud environments while supporting incident management, monitoring, documentation, and stakeholder reporting.
Previously at Safaricom, I developed, tested, documented, deployed, and supported IVR solutions and complex Genesys contact-center systems, including IVR, call routing, and WDE. I also translated user stories into requirements, validated designs, and researched fit-for-future technologies.
Across KEMRI - Wellcome Trust, Onfon Group of companies, and matrixASP, I've built, tested, maintained, troubleshot, documented, and optimized enterprise applications and databases, supported IT projects, migrated legacy systems, and trained end users.
