I’m looking to build and improve AI-powered products by designing high-quality prompts, testing outputs end-to-end, and automating workflows with LLMs—while collaborating on practical, user-focused solutions.

I’m an Aspiring Engineer with a background in Software Testing, where I designed test scenarios, validated outputs, and optimized workflows. I apply Prompt Engineering techniques like Zero-Shot, Few-Shot, and Chain-of-Thought prompting to improve reliability and performance of AI responses. I’m skilled with Generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude AI, and I’m passionate about AI automation and Large Language Models.

Through projects like an AI Customer Support Agent and an Employee Helpdesk AI Assistant using Copilot Studio and Power Platform, I’ve built conversational flows, integrated knowledge sources, and configured escalation and self-service experiences.
