I’m a Procurement & Supply Chain Specialist with 4+ years of automotive sector experience, supporting high-volume operations through strategic sourcing, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics coordination. In an Acting Procurement Manager capacity, I’ve supervised stores and helped ensure critical parts availability to prevent operational delays—while negotiating pricing, lead times, and service levels to keep spending cost-effective and stock levels manageable. I’m known for improving procurement efficiency in fast-paced environments by strengthening workflow through better task allocation, tighter checks, and regular counts.

In my current role, I manage departmental operations in the absence of a permanent procurement agent/procurement supervisor—coordinating procurement and distribution of raw materials, finished parts, equipment, and staff, and maintaining stability during peak periods. I handle stock receiving and verification, run weekly cycle stock counts and reconciliations, oversee sea and air freight importing with customs documentation, and ensure compliance requirements such as BBBEE data and VAT/duty claims are correctly submitted. I also prioritize people and process, training and onboarding new team members and resolving delivery delays and customer escalations to protect project and business timelines.
