I've coordinated BIM and construction delivery across architecture, structure, infrastructure, and MEP for over 16 years, combining on-site contractor experience with architectural training.
At Nardi Associates LLP, I model architectural elements, standardize sheets and filters, and support design teams through site analysis, zoning review, design development, and permitting for mixed-use projects.
Previously, I led MEP BIM coordination at Cilantro Engineering on East Village in London, coordinating prefabricated service cores with architectural and structural assembly modules. At Bancroft, I took command of MEP models, surveyed as-built conditions, issued tagged IFCs, and helped teams transition from AutoCAD MEP to Revit.
As co-founder and site manager at Obrant S.A., I managed construction logistics, documentation, bidding, subcontractors, and site coordination for public and private projects. I bring practical construction insight to BIM implementation, model coordination, and documentation workflows.
